Margot, your family is not how every family is in this world. So while I am glad you have a peaceful life, not everyone is bestowed such the honor. There are fights in bars every night and this is just a fact of the real world and those people have families and its just how it goes, those are the facts I have straight!

 

Yes.. there are bar fights all the time .. for trash.

None of my kids, brothers, my father, uncles, nephews etc have ever been in a "bar fight".

 

And you come from the best of the best, so naturally of course I was not implying your family would ever be this disgraceful. But the fact of the matter is people get in trouble around alcohol, and its not rare, especially in men ages 21- 25 when drinking is new to them. Alcohol is a huge business, but it comes with a price. So good luck finding a jury in Florida who has never had their lives touched by alcohol, be it abuse or having a Dad busted for DUI. Your whole horror in all this would be substantiated if a conviction ever happened, but it didn't so its really not that big of a deal. Also it was YEARS ago. But good luck with finding that jury!

No, I don't have a point, I have questions you seem to be unwilling to address, and that's telling regarding any objectivity you might have left.

I'm not looking for the defense's case here, we'll get that from them. I'm trying to fit all this into a scenario that makes sense,

 

If you look hard, concentrate, and take off your bias goggles...you'll notice a question mark at the end of the sentence.

I was having such a nice time getting informative dialog out of you and Glitch, but the more questions I have the more defensive you both get....just like the defense probably will in the trial, unless common sense questions aren't allowed.
