Donald Trump is on record saying he only gets 3 to 4 hours of sleep at night and not uncommon with business leaders.

Also the older you get the less sleep you need. Trump is 70 years old.

I usually get 4 1/2 hours of sleep every night. I'll hit the fart sack tonight around midnight and will be up feeling refreshed and moving around around 4:30 AM.

Back when I was "in-country" (RVN) as a 18 and 19 year old, the sleep deprivation. Over a year never getting more than 4 hours of sleep on any given day and having that sleep interrupted every hour or two hours. Charley picked what hours he wanted to fight and he usually picked "0-Dark Thirty" ( between midnight and just before dawn) Pretty rough on a young adult who once he got back to the civilian world would sleep for ten hours every night.
