A VERY loose definition and a VERY specific case. A church should be able to fire someone for being gay since they were hired under false pretenses and being gay is a sort of against the beliefs of the church. But no. There was no request to just let businesses decide to fire anyone ONLY because they are gay and for no other reason. Obama certainly tried to ban guns. He just couldn’t do it. It’s all small cuts to a bigger goal and Biden/Harris will continue it. They admitted it.
The transition is going on as usual, nothing is delayed. There is nothing to transition until Biden picks his cabinet. But nice fear mongering. Biden now has full secret service protection and gets the same daily briefings Trump gets.
