    what are you talking about? He got convicted of the local charge. He was never convicted of the Fedreal Charge. The sentence he served was all local

    False again. The plea deal was worked out between Epstein’s lawyers and Acosta directly. In return for Epstein pleading out, the feds dropped a 52 count indictment.

    Yes they agreed to drop the federal charge he he plead to state charges, the feds had no control over the deal the DA worked out. He plead to a state charge

    The dem DA also alllowd for work release
