    What is calling them out going to accomplish- btw he has asked for more facts to emerge. The investigation is still ongoing.

    yeah because men provide security. That is the point. Not saying that is what happened when the body slam occurred, but that is what is meant by saying that you can appreciate a strong man. He can provide you with security.

    Because countries are complicated and neither alliances nor diplomatic ties should be severed except under extreme circumstances.

    But that does not mean that condemnation or an accounting should not be demanded.

    I don’t need to defend it, the entire quote can be found like four posts into the thread and it doesn’t change the meaning at all as a few posters have already pointed out. Continue to defend Trump cheering on violence, though.

    No it doesn’t, because what he says is that him losing the election is terrible. He doesn’t describe it as being immoral behavior. He does the opposite actually.

    -Congressman gets pissed and body slams reporter
    -Congressman apologizes
    -DT jokes about the congressman's screwup (doesn't praise him for it)

    Seems like how I'd handle it. My buddy got in a fight with his brother. I told him don't be stupid and don't do it again. We still joke about it.
