First of all, I DO think the President should delete his Twitter. He says some of the dumbest things on there that he clearly doesn't think about beforehand. Although not racist, homophobic, sexist, bigoted, fascist, or any other baseless labels thrown at him, his tweets are just silly and wrong most of the time.

That said, policy-wise, Trump has done pretty much nothing BUT win as he promised us. Other politicians make promises to get elected and then don't follow through or they will do one single thing while in office. But in his first year, he's accomplished almost everything he promised to do.
    • He's helped improve the integrity of our border (which every past president, dems included, said we NEEDED to do),
    • He moved our embassy to Jerusalem (which every president including dems said they would do, but didn't),
    • He's reversed the stupid penalty for not participating in Obamas shitty health insurance which had it's own lies/failures and was unconstitutional.
    • He drew a line in the sand with terrorism which was bigger than Obamas "line in the sand" and his actually worked.
    • He got rid of the worst deal in history (Iran) that Obama made which made it to where we just pay the worst terrorism supporting country in the world a **** ton of money to support their economy so that they can keep improving their missile technology and then continue their nuclear program in a few years. Obama couldn't even get his own congress to support that deal which is why he just used his executive order to make it so that he could look like he actually got a deal but that's why Trump was able to just use his own executive order to get rid of that **** deal and put his foot down and said you can have an economy or you can have your nuke program but we'll smash you if you go with the nuke program.
    • He put into place the best tax bill that's been implemented in a very long time.
    • Stock market is booming, unemployment is at a half century low, African American unemployment at a half century low, he's signing bills to tackle the opium epidemic, he just signed a bill 2 days ago to allow millions of Americans to be saved from new drug trials.
    etc etc.

I could keep going all day, but if liberals think him tweeting out something like "What does south Korea pay us for the expensive protection from north Korea? Nothing." is bad enough to outweigh all the good that he's done policy-wise since taking office, then I guess I'll see you at the polling booth in 2020. Better hope the rest of America thinks that insensitive tweets are as destructive to America as you do.

Oh and I forgot to mention, one of his biggest accomplishments has been him making the dems come completely unraveled and show their true colors. They just cannot stand to see the man who they put all these baseless labels on actually being successful in office so now they are acting out all the things they accuse him of and it's been very revealing.

He also has a magical power of making them fall in love with anything he wants or hate anything he wants, all he has to do is support or not support the opposite.

MS13 who rapes and kills and rips innocent people limb from limb, they love em and think they are just humans too and shouldn't be called animals! A baby the day before he/she is born, if the mom wants to murder it having it ripped limb from limb, they think it's just a fetus and not human! Hamas terrorist organization who slaughters jews, they love em and encourage Israel to just let them over the border so they can bomb more of their schools filled with children! Gun owners in America who want to protect school children with guns like everything else is successfully protected in this country, they hate them and blame them for school shootings.

It really is a magical power he wields.

BTW, he's not the one separating immigrant children from their parents, I keep hearing this get spun. Bill Clintons administration is the one that passed that law that required the children to be separated from the parents after 20 days. And the picture you see floating around of the children in cages is from 2014, when Obama was president. For those who try to say that we don't have to enforce that law taking the kids away is like saying we don't have to enforce laws that would send Americans to prison if it would separate them from their kids. Congress needs to get rid of that law that separates them, nothing to do with Trump.

The Russia stuff has still turned out to be nothing after almost 2 years of an investigation. Not saying they shouldn't have investigated, they had enough suspicion to do so, but they still have nothing but apparently that's not good enough for the left.

Also, Just because he's for coal does not mean he's shilling for those industries as I see all over Reddit. Coal has been proven to be a much better and cleaner option than the alternatives (wind/solar) with the exception to nuclear. Nuclear is the cleanest form and most sustainable which is why most of the world is moving to nuclear and why France I think provides energy for a good number of countries using their nuclear plants for the countries around them trying to use renewables which have far more waste than even coal.

...AND let's call that "informant" what it really is...a spy from the Obama administration that was used to spy on Trumps campaign for Hillarys opposition...so of course he wants information on him because it was highly illegal and an abuse of power.

People on the left want to say that because fox News is the one major news network that supports him, they are responsible for the decisions he makes? All the mainstream media, Hollywood, college professors, and social media platforms do is spit out lies about him and call him every horrible name in the book without anything supporting their claims because they are still so incredibly sore that he won when they thought he didn't have a chance and now he is also doing great but all they want to promote are the lies or the non-important tweets, or porn star controversy, etc, which are completely meaningless when it comes to everyday lives of Americans, to try and make it look like he's not doing as well as he is.

He flubbed on the wall, the omnibus spending bill, his cabinet, and a ton of other things. Still better than Hillary, but he's just erratic as hell.

all in all, he's not doing bad, but I sure hope 2020 brings us somebody who isn't so cringy.

I am pretty much in agreement with you. I was a Ted Cruz supporter during the Primaries, but I held my nose and voted for Trump because Hillary Clinton was blatantly corrupt to the core while also being obviously too physically ill -- and perhaps mentally ill as well -- to be president. I have not been happy with his tweeting habits and I find his personality at least moderately loathsome; but he has on the whole kept his campaign promises. Tentatively I will probably vote for him again in 2020.

I would say that you are confusing Trump with Obama; but then again, since Trump has been methodically removing Obama's loathsome Pen and Phone presidential legacy from the history books; eventually this nation WILL HEAL from all of Barack Obama's bad mouthing of this nation and from all of his deliberate race-agitating. Obama was the most racist president in this nation's history.

    After 12 Noon on Jan. 20, 2021.

Knowing Trump, if he is defeated, he will probably try to start WW3 during the Lame Duck Session.

So, Trump as an evil energy creature that feeds on negative emotions, and which we need to banish from our presence by laughing at it together.

I'd just add that Trump isn't the only such energy creature. We've got his minions here as well.

The future of Trump is impeachment. He sealed his future this time by his lying. It was only a matter of time.

Trump's lawyers now admit that Trump dictated the deceptive statement concerning Junior's meeting with Russian operatives in Trump's home, Trump Tower, in June 2016.

"You have received all of the notes, communications and testimony indicating that the President dictated a short but accurate response to the New York Times article on behalf of his son, Donald Trump, Jr.," the letter said.

Emails from Rob Goldstone to Junior concerning the meeting clearly show that the Russian government was eager to help Trump and they had dirt on the Clinton campaign they wanted to share. It is why Junior, Trump's son-in-law, and Trump's campaign manager went to the meeting at Trump's home.

Yet, this is the statement Trump dictated for his son. “It was a short introductory meeting,” Donald Trump Jr. originally said. “I asked Jared and Paul to stop by. We primarily discussed a program about the adoption of Russian children that was active and popular with American families years ago and was since ended by the Russian government, but it was not a campaign issue at the time and there was no follow up.”

Trump obviously lied to his lawyer and his press secretary so that they, in turn, could lie to the American people.

Sekulow, CNN interview, 7/12/17: "That was written, no that was written by Donald Trump Jr. and I'm sure with consultation with his lawyer. That wasn't written by the president."

Sekulow, ABC interview, 7/12/17: "The president didn't sign off on anything. He was coming back from the G20. The statement that was released Saturday was released by Donald Trump Jr., I'm sure in consultation with his lawyers. The President wasn't involved in that."

White House press secretary Sarah Sanders, daily press briefing, 8/1/17: "He certainly didn't dictate, but he -- like I said, he weighed in, offered suggestion like any father would do."

There are more lies, but one gets the point. The point being, the President lied to the American people and attempted to obstruct the Mueller probe.

There is no clearer example of obstruction of justice. As indicated by the near impeachment of Nixon (a moot point because he resigned) and the impeachment of Clinton, obstruction is an impeachable offense.

Can't stand the man at all, but this is a well-written post. I may disagree with some of the interpretations, but at least it sticks to facts/purported facts instead of just diving straight into "Blargh, TDS."

My first point of contention, though, would be the way you give Trump credit for the country's economic success, and there is simply no justification for that. Employment was on an upward multi-year upward trend when he took office (no, I'm not crediting Obama for that, but it did happen while Obama was in office), and that trend has continued. The rate didn't accelerate under Trump, which is what we would expect if he deserved any credit. In fact, the employment growth rate slowed down when he took office. That's not his fault, most likely; that's probably just because we are nearing full employment, but no one who can read a graph should be crediting Trump for the employment rate.

When you assert lies as truth from the foundations of your premise, nothing in your conclusion will or can be trusted as truthful.

It is called a False Narrative. When your promise is based in false presupposition and meaningless strawmen, you are creating a false narrative. Donald Trump's entire presidential campaign was predicated upon a false narrative. The fact that you move to fulfill the mandates of your false narrative is not winning - its losing at the lowest level.

Promises and delivering on false narrative is not an accomplishment that has anything to do with that which is positive.

    - Improving the integrity of our border was a false and misleading premise from the start. The President of Mexico laughed then and he continues to laugh at the notion of Mexico paying for a "Wall" which is precisely the false narrative that Donald Trump "promised" to his blind followers.

    - Moving the US Embassy to Jerusalem, was a slap in the face to the people who lived in the region before the Eastern Europeans now calling themselves "Jews" began returning to a homeland that they never left at anytime before in history. There is no such thing as a European who is indigenous to Israel. These are Eastern European Khazars from the Khazarian Empire in Eastern Europe circa 900 CE, who have bounced around the four corners of Europe ever since their empire got shut down by their European neighbors who got tired of their "EXPANSION" program. Sound familiar? It should. Its called Zionism and its primary goal is to EXPAND territory, whenever and wherever it can.

    - He maintained the exact same "shitty" healthcare that Obama, got through congress and only removed the individual mandated coverage. He then declared that he had "won," after campaigning for nearly two full years that he was going to repeal the "shitty" healthcare that Obama, got through congress. That's not winning. That's LYING.

    - He drew a line in the sand with Syria, which set-up even more death and destruction. His duplicity was well noted when it Tweeted that Obama should not bomb Syria, back in 2013. He repeatedly went on a Twitter tirade saying that Obama, should do nothing in Syria. Later, he changes his mind in 2017. That's not a "Red Line." That's a Red Lie. That's somebody who has no clue about International Affairs and International Foreign Policy Decision Making.

    - Moving back to sanctions against Iran, will do nothing but guarantee that the regime pushes forward with a nuclear program. What it will not do is afford the United Nations or any other entity direct physical access to Iran's nuclear facilities, for the purpose of guaranteeing that no weapons program is functioning or nearing final phases for deploying nuclear weapons into the Iranian conventional arsenal. The deal Obama made would have put inspectors with boots on the ground directly inside Iran, checking and inspecting for signs of nuclear implementations. That is now lost, thanks to this blundering moron now sitting in the White House. The Iranian regime has sustained economic sanctions thus far, because it still has enough share in the international oil market to keep that regime afloat. Trump's policy with respect to Iran, has just made the entire region more unstable and more dangerous in the years to come. This is not winning. This is losing.

    - His tax deal is a deal for the wealthy. It is Trickle Clown Economics and that as an economic philosophy has proven itself to be a failure. It has not worked in the past and there is no evidence that it will somehow work now. Proclaiming that a return to Trickle Down Economics is a "win" for the country, is a bit like proclaiming that an oxymoron is a win for clarity and transparency. This tax stunt is called being a Fake Republican and taking a bow for making a stage appearance.

    - Both the Stock Market and the Employment Rate are direct net effects of Stimulus initiated under Obama 44. It is not surprising to me that Trump supporters don't understand how our economy actually works. There is no policy or executive order that Trump 45 has initiated which can account for the economic growth now being seen. All economic reports coming out of the latter stages of the Obama 44 years were trending either historical for growth or near historical for growth - or they had a positive slope with a recent or near recent bounce. All indications report that the economy had been on good footing to the upside long before Trump 45, took office. Trump, is now riding the coattails of an economic growth curve that was set into place before he got into office. You cannot turn a $14-$17 Trillion economy on a dime and nobody with even a small degree of understanding about Economic Momentum fails to understand that. The evidence for an already positive trending economy is extant. The fact that Donald Trump supporters have not read that data is not surprising. This is now Trump's economy. An economy that he did not build himself, but one that he clearly inherited. In stark contrast, Obama, inherited the worst economy since the Great Depression and was there in office when it began turning around. Trump, should thank Obama for the gift.

His Tweets and pathological, juvenile, asinine and unbecoming a US President. Full Stop.

Juvenile and a glaring example of why there should be a Litmus Test as a requirement to vote in this country. There should be an IQ Test Administered. Anyone falling below 110, should be excluded from the voting process for National Offices. This would remove 90% of those who voted for Trump, as I doubt their IQ (collectively) would rise above 60. 65 on a really good day. I'm neither a Liberal, nor a Conservative. I don't carry the water for either Party.

Donald Trump's magical powers are to turn Fact into Fiction right before your eyes and directly under your nose. His coup, is his ability to get his blind followers to not know the difference when he does it. I'll give him credit for that. He knows how to sell highly suggestive people with pathological racist predisposition. He's very good at that. I agree.

As if MS13 stopped being MS13 after Donald Trump, got elected. Again, more false presupposition being drafted as some kind of actual achievement. MS13 is bad for you and so is MSG. Donald Trump's policies with respect to MS13 are no different than those of his predecessors. Trump, just runs his mouth about it more and you have an orgasm that somehow he's putting a dent in Gang Violence. Enjoy the orgasm, but don't expect MS13 to go away merely because Trump, can't stop running his mouth.

What does Donald Trump, think of the terrorist organization known as Israel? Slaughtering Jews? Can you define what "Jew" means? Taking offense at your homeland being invaded and then being called a terrorist for defending that homeland, is a bit much don't you think? The Palestinians are on their homeland. The invading Eastern European Khazars are not. Who is the real terrorist over there?

Yet, this LYING President has done absolutely nothing to fulfill his "promise" for a National Conceal Carry Permit. I'm still waiting for mine in the mail, but it will never come because this President is a notorious LIAR and could care less about what the Constitution actually says. A National Conceal Carry Permit would do more to quail crime in this country than Donald's mere words of support for the 2nd Amendment. I support National Conceal Carry. Donald Trump, apparently does not. He's been all Hat and no Cattle on the issue.

No. He wields bull s-h-i-t as his primary elixir. His supporters drink it daily.

    Agreed.

Wrong. 19 people and 3 companies have either been indicted or entered a plea thus far. That's massive for corruption and collusion. This is an ongoing investigation. You don't fry your biggest Fish until you have questioned that Fish. Trump, has yet to be questioned. That's the key to look for. After Trump gets deposed or interviewed by special counsel, look for the other shoe to fall shortly thereafter.

More false presupposition and conclusions in error that grow geometrically with each post. Claiming that Coal is cleaner than Wind or Solar, has got to be one of the most telling signs that you are drinking far too much Trump Punch. Carbon Dioxide, Sulfur Dioxide, Particular Matter - all this comes from Coal. You have confused Cost with Environmental Impact.

The FBI has a DUTY under the law to investigation such activity when/if they have reason to believe that such might be the case. They can't ignore it. They have to investigate it. If this was a plot against Trump, the FBI would have released information indicating that Trump was or might be colluding with Russians BEFORE the vote. That never happened.

Fox News put a Green Screen behind one of their reporters and the lied about actually being in Tripoli and having an inside informant within DoD, who confirmed that the attacks in Benghazi, were pre-planned, staged and preventable. Nobody remembers the Green Screen anymore, or the fact that ALL local Media Outlets anywhere near the region where the attacks took place were ALL reporting the exact same thing - that Benghazi was a spontaneous eruption coming out of an earlier mass riot in a different part of the country over a YouTube video about Muhammad.

Susan Rice, reported this because their information was coming out of the same local resources. Later, we discover that Fox News never had a reporter standing in Tripoli, at the time and they never had a DoD "insider" who provided them with information detailing the Benghazi attacks. How could they? If Fox, had somebody inside DoD with that kind of inside information about what was taking place on the ground in Benghazi, that would mean that DoD knew about a pre-planned attack and never informed the President. Is that what you wish to conclude about Fox's report?

You've sat here and said that everybody else is lying, but Donald Trump, is telling the truth. What are you smoking?

Oh rubbish. Cherry picking many times over debunked leftist talking points is really pointless considering that while leftists and their RINO allies have been spinning and covering for Obama and Hillary and Comey and Mueller and et.al. with these rationalizations the Right's genuine investigative journalists and teams of investigating attorneys have been presenting genuine facts to this nation piece by piece by piece; facts that at first the Left and their RINO allies automatically deny and then are forced to slap around with rationalizations instead.

Trump is becoming a rousing success as a president. This drives hate-filled RINOs and leftists insane. It is, however, amusing.

The best thing about Trump is he's ripping down all the pretense and shoving it up the 'aghast' establishment's hoity-toity asses. He's a bull in an exclusive china shop that has needed a good thrashing for quite some time now.

-- he's attacked and rattled the corrupt reprobates who run Legacy Media to such a degree, they've gotten just plain sloppy...constantly correcting and retracting their interminable bullshit. He, unlike cowardly establishment Republican pukes, is simply not afraid to tell Legacy/Left-Media where they can get off, nor is he worried about how they portray him. He has won that war.....a war that the aforementioned cowardly establishment Republican pukes were too dumb to even realize they were in.

-- he has no filter or hesitation when it comes to calling out corrupt scumbags from all walks of life and every corner of the globe

-- and last, but most certainly not least, he's unapologetically America-First, Americans-First....which of course incenses the globe's greedy (and covetously greedy) globalists.

he's basically a bubba from Queens. Bill Clinton was a fake bubba with fake affectations from Bubbaville Arkansas....Trump is the real deal. he's risked his own money, empire and reputation to try to fix the things that he, and many others, believe have been bad for America and Americans...

and that resonates with a damn sight more people than his detractors will ever be willing to admit.

The second best thing about Trump is he's a troll. a masterful, glorious troll in world of trolls. which makes his enemies angry, which makes them sloppy.

All in all, politics will never be the same. and that is the best thing that could happen to a country that has effectively been in a 'managed decline' for a generation.
