This is the worst most insulting inaugural speech I gave ever heard and I remember every one since Eisenhauers second innaugeration. The Turd In Chief does not realize that he is POTUS already! Stop campaigning you Turd.

I'm glad Trump's speech is inspiring people to take pride in America, but I'm honestly surprised at how fascist his actual words were. He started by painting a bleak picture of the last eight years (which is totally unsubstantiated), promoted his "America first" agenda and encouraged unity over individual voice, then talked as if "the people" are now in power when in fact he is in power and too many people are convinced that Trump is going to be honest with them. We all need a healthy dose of skepticism over the next four years.
Obama was president for eight years and NOTHING his critics loudly and tirelessly complained would happen actually happened. But they always said "he's still got time to [fill in the blank]." So yeah, there's still time for this shyster to royally screw things up.
People he cannot fire will not be dictated to by him. He fairly well just set his administration back a year in a single speech. It is not some obtuse exercise in "logic". It is political reality.
That wasn't an inaugural address, it was a campaign speech similar in substance to the diatribe he gave at the convention. Supposedly Trump wrote it with help from Stephen Miller (who apparently wrote the convention speech). His rabid base would eat this up but the vast majority would be extremely disappointed. All in all, disappointing.....

Listened to the live feed on YouTube from ABC. First comment by one of the talking heads tried to link his speech to anti-semitism of the 30's. Sad.
The guy who screams "get off my lawn" is going to have a hard time finding someone to mow his grass. He royally screwed up.
Trump's speech included references to God. Henry IV of France: "Paris is well worth a Mass" Go ahead play with Religion, see if you don't get burnt.
Which brings me to a couple of observations about Trump's speech: 1) It was mercifully brief 2) He didn't spend an hour talking about himself

Get ready for a lot more. The left is going to truly unhinge during the next 4 (hopefully 8 ] years. This is a good thing, because the public will finally get to see them for what they are and represent.
I have hope for a future for this country where we do embrace being brothers and sisters, caring for one another without hatred and bigotry. Where we do what is right for the children of this great nation giving them a brighter future! A brighter future for generations to come. Patriotism again! Love of country again!
