With Trump as Speaker he would be #2 in the line of succession. With a Biden resignation, Kamala would become President and her pick for VP would be put to the Congress and require a majority vote of both Houses.

It would likely take 14 Democrat votes to impeach Kamala, and that's almost certainly never going to happen. I did hear that Kamala may have enough evidence to convict Hillary of a felony. So there's that.
