Absolutely correct. I admire this Judge for dealing with Humpty as he should be......just a Joe Blow Nobody in the legal system due NO special favours or treatment.

I have no idea how Humpty can credibly assert that when he allegedly defamed this woman, he was discharging his duties as POTUS. Surely, breaching civil Law is not the job of a POTUS.

But......I guess she will not mind having the United States of America as a co-defendant, just in case Humpty really has run out of money.

 

Most career criminals are smart enough to know they should not want to be in the most visible and scrutinized position in the world. Poor Humpty Trumpty isn't smart.

I think these rape accusations that are 10, 20, 30 years old are absolutely egregious. I also think anyone who buys this is as moronic as someone who wipes there butt with sand paper.

I’m not partisan on this matter either. I have defended democrats accused in this manner as well. The only case I can see rape accusations coming about 10 years later is from a minor who was scared to speak up. Accusations like this only happen to the rich and politicians. Why I wonder….

His was about workplace sexual harassment of subordinate employees. Look up the Molinari amendment

 

Trump's is about rape, showing he is not faithful to his wives adds to the case in the same way Clinton's affairs did

 

So stop trying to compare it to Jones v Clinton. Clinton's was about did he reward subordinate employees who granted him sexual favor special treatment and favor and rewards.

His affairs have nothing to do with his alleged defamatory statements about this woman.
