I'm sure it wouldn't. We'd never see another actual election but then Trump and the Trumpers would like that most of all

most legal experts say the Trump NDA's as President violate free speech and are not valid, yet to be tested in court

The courts are supposed to do that - but if an NDA prevents someone from even bringing a complaint to the courts, how
can YOU claim that isn't preventing free speech?

Which is hilarious as his last campaign was begging Twitter to moderate certain speech.

It’s not a ban from speaking. They are free to not participate in an NDA and deny it. Personal responsibility.

That would not be a violation of free speech.

seems that is what the right has been saying all along, getting banned from twitter for violating the TOS is against free speech

We never said it was a violation of the first amendment only that it is scummy especially when they claim to care about being a free and fair platform. That a culture of freedom of speech on a platform that serves as the public square is necessary for better ideas to flourish. That they were liars and hypocritical. And, most agreed. And it’s a much better place now.

Certainly not comparable to a private individual NDA, which literally pays you in most cases lol.

Govt employee or not doesn’t mean it’s not private. That’s the entire point of an NDA.
