She CLEARLY did not answer the direct question of whether Trump was looking for foreign funds for his need of a bond. "I can't speak about strategy" is NOT AN ANSWER. And, the fact that there was no answer is a major tell.

She is not going to give the opposing any insight as to what she will or will not do. You are interpreting her non answer as an answer.
When Orange shows up with the money on Monday, he better be prepared to swear to the source(s) of the funds. As in, not from Russia, Saudi Arabia or any other foreign interest. If not, that’s an investigation the DOJ would LOVE to take on.
