Yes, so he must be brought up in every thread, even the most unrelated. Fun fact, Obama was President too!

That Book will have SFA significant impact in the Nov 2020 election. It is nothing more than an interesting in-Family insight or observation. Trump's goose is well and truly cooked already.

Ya know, I have not read the book and I likely won't but did you see Trump's Barbie Doll Press Secretary bitching about the book and then concede she had not read it?

It would be easy for Dpey Donald Trump to counter the controversy by publishing his education records and releasing all his former associates in all schools and colleges (Trump doesn't have friends) from NDAs.

Unless of course the accusation of cheating is true and release of his education records would embarrass him.

Fat chance Dopey Donald will have evidence of outstanding education performance.

If only you people had gave a damn about Obama's locked education records....there is a word for that.

No it wouldn't. Come Nov, it will be forgotten. As far as being cooked, have you not being paying attention to what is going on with the dems? Maybe the last 4 years? The screaming of Russia that blew up, Impeachment that blew up. Now the dems have hitched their wagons to the the BLM and rioters. So to say that goose is well and truly cooked already, is a really i

You don't take your tax records to the Supreme Court if it isn't important..

For anyone that has forgotten, Trump promised to release his tax records dozens of times.

He was lying. Anyone that had been paying attention knew he was lying.

    He's a crook.

Not true. He promised to release his tax records after the IRS audit concludes. He did fail to mention that, like most large companies, IRS audit is an ongoing process. When I worked in a fortune 500 company, the IRS had a suite of offices in the accounting department. The audit never ends.

    First laugh of the day.

If you're not paid for this, you should be,that's comedy gold. How stupid do you think we are?

He could have released his returns at any time.

    At any time...

    Keep telling yourself that.

Considering who the DNC seems to be putting up for their Candidate, they effectively had said that people who vote against their best interest are willing to vote for someone who likely will not make it through their first year of office....

The law says Congress can look at any tax records at any time.

That law is there to protect the country from an abusive president...

Don't. Care. Don't have to be the smartest person in the world to be President. (yeah yeah, I know...the come back will no doubt be along the lines of "Trump sure proves that!!!" or some such silliness")

It is easy for Trump to defend himself by posting all his education records. If he really was a genius he should have no trouble proving it with results in the top 1%.

Trump is a liar and will not reveal evidence that proves him a liar and cheat.

You were whining about abusive government... I kept talking about his tax records.

"One such exception is the statute’s authorization of certain congressional committees with jurisdiction over federal taxes to acquire tax return information. Congress originally provided this authority in 1924 in part to address perceived difficulties in acquiring tax information during congressional investigations into the Harding Administration’s Teapot Dome scandal. Specifically, Section 6103(f)(1) of the IRC provides that, upon written request of the Chair of the House Ways and Means Committee, Joint Committee on Taxation (JCT), or Senate Finance Committee (hereinafter referred to as the “tax committees”), the Treasury Secretary “shall furnish” the requested tax returns or return information to the relevant committee."

i wasn’t whining that’s what the case is about. this case isn’t involving congress either. they aren’t a party to the case

and yes i am aware of the law....and clearly Congress can’t get any taxes at any time. it’s limited to specific committee and is not public

There are a lot of related cases... they all point to the same issue, the corruption of Trump.

In the post immediately prior to yours, I had just quoted the law delineating what Congress can do when you said it was limited. You repeated what I had just said, albeit crudely.

I get the feeling you need a cup of coffee, and to do some homework.

you all keep saying corruption but don’t seem to ever find it.

this is a specific case at the SCOTUS we were discussing

not sure what was crude about my comment
