The weekly scandal which came to nothing, and the alleged 'crimes' which were subject to serious scrutiny, and an investigation which also led nowhere and to no charges being brought?

It doesn't mater that Trump wasn't President then, he subsequently ran and was supported by people who LIKED a man who lusted after his daughter.

    He was "being entertaining" ???

At his daughter's expense and humiliation....You LIKE men who entertain by discussing their daughters sexual attractiveness?

NOT surprised a Trump supporter sees nothing wrong with that

The original quotes are there for anyone to google and there is NO proper "context" for a man to discuss his daughters sexual attractiveness.

And it is HILARIOUS that you have to stretch waaaaaaaay back and say, "My guy lusting after his own daughter and me voting for him is fine because Bill Clinton did something once...."""

You are so floundering around trying to defend Trump and his sick degenerate mind AND the fact you knew about his perversion BUT VOTED FOR HIM ANYWAY......why don't you just admit it and be proud of it , afterall you helped this pervert. to become President...

    ,

NO, not "some" men, ONE man, one man who was supported by voters who didn't think total disrespect for women was a big deal.

A man who made comments " irregardless of the effect on public morals or values"".....

but he didn't "keep it private" it was taped and he knew it.

....and "keep it private" ? WHY? IF there was nothing wrong with it as YOU contend then why should it be private?

Funny how you don't think Trump should be responsible for his OWN WORDS...but then he never has been :) He's so totally Irresponsible.

    A. No one knew then that Trump would run for President. Did you think they FORCED him to say those things because they could see into the future ? How ASSinine!

    B. Trump KNEW he was being taped.

Trump only , and always, wishes to serve HIMSELF.....

:) YOU must have no defense of Trump so, of course, have to bring in something that has nothing to do with what Trump says or is....guess some people , like Trump, just cannot accept personal responsibility :)

Trump, while making those vile remarks, was definitely trying to be entertaining by discussing his sexual treatment of women.
I agree with you about Clinton, but this is not about Clinton, is it. Try to be non partisan and put your wife or daughter in Trump's company. That is ok with you? Trust him alone with your wife or daughter?

Hilarity's crimes against national security and classified information "came to nothing" because Jimmy Comey (FBI Director until Trump fired his worthless ass) and ex-Atty. General, Loretta Lynch, let her get away with all of it. Does someone as smart as you are really need elaboration?

Something has gotten all goofed-up with your post, someone else's post, my post, and, why this is coming up over a year later is puzzling....

I'll make one relevant comment, though, because it is absolutely CRUCIAL that those of you who know nothing about how classified information must (MUST) be handled according to law understand this -- you can't just "take your work home with you" and freely receive classified, create, or relay classified information from ANYWHERE to ANYWHERE else unless the equipment and the systems you use and interface with are properly secured according to rigid, uncompromising, exacting standards that are well-documented and understood by everyone who possesses a Federal Government security clearance.

For a start, Google up "Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility", often simply called a "SCIF". When Hilarity worked 'at home' she did so without bothering to secure her computers, servers, or mobile devices AS REQUIRED BY LAW.

Endgame: Hillary Clinton thought she was above the law. She was right, because those who enforce the law in the United States let her get completely away with BREAKING IT.

You are correct in your assessment, in my view. People break the law every day, and it isn't politicized to the extent that this breach
    was.

When someone sees or hears something dangerous and then reports it, is this a bad thing?

I thought "If you see something, say something" was important.

"Politicized"? Well, yes, when the front-runner for the Office of the President of the United States breaks the laws governing national security and classified information in such an obvious, flagrant, blathering-assed STOOPID way, it does command a certain degree of, uh, notoriety... and it certainly should -- the more so because she committed these egregious crimes while she was the SECRETARY OF STATE!

Nevertheless, in an astonishingly large number of the American 'cattle', her crimes didn't even make a dent. They didn't even recoil in disgust at the revelation of Hillary Clinton running her State Department as a virtual WHOREHOUSE for international donors to the Clinton "Foundation".

The 'politicization' of her crimes meant so little to Americans (especially the welfare-sucking segment) that they didn't even puke in disgust when the Dynamic Duo of Comey and Lynch let Hillary completely off the hook, without even having to answer to a single charge for a single crime (of which there were many). Why do we even HAVE candidates with the 'pedigree' of a Hillary Clinton...?

What strikes me about this thread is that when leaked documents are damaging to the republicans, then the content of the leak is of primary interest and no one cares who leaked it, but when leaked documents are damaging to the democrats, then the source of the leak is the most important thing, and no one cares what was leaked.

Got any examples of that? You won't find anyone who said that it was ok for Clinton to use a private server if that is your basis of your statement. But this is nothing to do with Trump being a disgusting person

The leaked DNC and Podesta emails were pretty damning in a variety of ways, including election-fixing and media collusion. But, the democrats and the media are laser-focused on the Russians, who they blame for the leaks, while completely ignoring the corruption and collusion exposed by those leaks. The funny part is, they blame some alleged Russian leakers for fixing the election for Trump... when, to do that, it would have been by exposing the actual election fixing the democrats were actually engaged in.

As an aside: I bet I can find 100 examples of posts, on this forum, defending Clinton's use of a private email server.

You had written in your reply, "She is a saint compared to Trump." (?).

OK, when was the first, or last time that Trump broke national security laws? When was the first, or last time that Trump broke laws concerning the transmission, reception, or re-transmission of classified information? When was the first, or last time that Trump ran a Department of the Federal Government in a "pay-for-play" scam to draw in millions of dollars for some private "foundation" that he controls?

Oh, I know... the air is FULL of empty charges, slander, innuendo, and, plainly, bullshit! Completely unsubstantiated, unverified BULLSHIT, without any PROOF offered whatsoever. But, hey, you have to admire the, uh, versatility of the radical Democrat mind. It is the kind of mind that can easily ignore piles of proof, stacked all the way to the ceiling, of Hillary's crimes, but at the same time, focus relentlessly on Trump's supposed misdeeds, even though there is no PROOF of it at all.... Very elastic! Just like a rubber band right before it breaks....

[IMG]. "So, a SCIF? Uh, that's like, a tiny boat or something... right?" :spin: .
