    You mean like the severity of hurricanes caused by climate change? Desertification is also man made, is that a natural disaster?

    Your definition of natural disasters is rather limited.

    Minneapolis man-made disaster could have been prevented by a company of national Guard troopers, backed up by a battery of light mortars and a squadron of B-2's.

    Yeah actually if the national guard was there sooner rioting wouldn’t have broken out. That’s actually a tell tale sign that the riots were something that can be politically influenced. State has the capacity to stop riots, but don’t always immediately.

    Trump should offer up 10% of the requested funds, since 90% of the damage was pretty much self inflicted because people in charge were to cowardly to act. The rest of us should not pay for their cowardice.
