    The Trump organization WAS operating the hotel at least that's what they were getting PAID TO DO. Just another gross failure like the TrumpTower in Panama City, Panama, another in a very long line of Trump business disasters.

    About half of the new businesses in the US fail within the first five years. I don't see the stats for Canada, but I suspect they are about the same.

    Dirty Donald has no problem EXCEEDING that business failure rate!!! He has three Trump Tower hotel failures and at least three casino failures to his credit, and lets not forget his Trump Tower SOHO failure.

    Has half his businesses failed in the first five years? I seriously doubt it. A lot of his "business failures" were not start up businesses. They were businesses which were already in trouble with the hope of fixing them.

    I would venture a guess they ALL failed in the first five years, and we know for a fact his Scottish and Irish golf courses are well on their way to failure, as neither countries residents can stand Dirty Donald.

    They were ALL started by Dirty Donald's negotiations whether as the property manager or as the owner/manager including the hotels in Toronto, Vancouver and Panama City which he did not own. He owned all of the failed casinos.

    In case you haven't noticed Dirty Donald made a regular habit of declaring bankruptcy shortly after building and furnishing his properties thereby shafting all those stupid enough to perform work or supply him, making them settle for pennies on the dollar.
