    Good question but it is not illiteracy that the one who gave that video its title is guilty of but instead.......
    I personally thought that it was quite tastefully done......
    so maybe I am a part of the target demographic?

    Trump is occasionally prone to empty threats, on the one hand. And it should alarm us that he's willing to weaponize declassification to try to avoid any and all oversight, on the other. On the, ahem, third hand, if he does have access to information that incriminates Dems (or anyone else, for that matter) in criminal activity, he should release it anyway.

    The most likely answer is that he hasn't reviewed any of this information personally or in detail and is just engaging in his usual bluster to try to deflect.

    Actually I personally think that he is America's best President since Ronald Reagan.

    I think that he is quite "Libertarian" and I think that he wants to be President Number three to tackle flaws in USA central banking policy along with President Lincoln and President John F. Kennedy but.......
    he wants to do it in such a way that ends differently than in their cases.

    Trump is not going to do anything good with respect to banking law - he works for the Rothschild consortium.
    Trump is nowhere close to being a libertarian - Trump hates essential liberty and the founding principles and has no regard for the "lower classes".
