It was a tumultuous week, far worse than other tumultuous weeks. Following the Rob Porter debacle, Trump's son-in-law and senior advisor with a huge portfolio which included the fiery Middle East, Jared Kushner, lost his top secret privileges and can no longer have access to sensitive intelligence, sources, and methods. Kushner's wife, Trump's daughter, Ivanka, also cannot get a top secret clearance. Trump at times has said they never should have come to the White House and should leave. At the same time, Trump has told the couple that they should keep serving in their roles, even as he has privately asked John Kelly for his help in moving them out. To say Trump is conflicted about Jared and Ivanka is an understatement. It has something to do with his inability to make a decision and stick with it. Clearly, Trump is unable to to perform his duties as President. That is the very definition of Section Four of the 25th Amendment.
