    He can because he was naturalized from birth. A citizen the moment he was born.

    It's not based on where you are born or who your parents where alone. Also his parents were not Canadians when he was born. His mother was a US citizen and his father was Cuban.

    It's often easier to avoid the troll than pay the tax. Especially when the troll is being so obvious and jumping up and down the bridge making absurd claims.

    Fyi- the tax in this analogy is my time
