That's true of real estate developers in general, particularly the sort of smoke and mirrors guys like Trump. I spent twenty years in the construction industry, and I've seen my share of Donald Trump guys. The guys who show up on the jobsite in a shiny new Mercedes, sporting the diamond encrusted Rolex and the trophy wife. The guys who spin elaborate yarns about their next big deal or next big project. Meanwhile you're thinking about the uge spot they have in your long overdue accounts recievable. That's who Trump is.
