Well, as I've stated several times here and other places I am not a fan of either Clinton or Trump. I think that once again we are left with choosing between the lesser of two idiots.

With that said, who ever wrote Trumps Wisconsin speech did one hell of a job. I have been waiting for someone, anyone to address what I believe to be the root cause of the inner-city decline that has been going on since before I was born 40 some odd years ago. And I think that this speech, was the best I have seen (by a Presidential Candidate) at addressing some of the main issues.

I also found it refreshing that a Republican candidate is actually going out and asking for votes from the African American community. It seems like most of the past RNC candidates just ignored this sector of the population.

Will this be heard and accepted by any in the African American community? 10% would make a monster difference in November.

I thought it was a great speech. I have already heard the progressive media outlets going off the rails which confirms to me that he did a good job with it.

    Case in Point

LMAO...Yeah, he's really out there pressing the flesh at rallies with his lily-white audiences.
He has refused to campaign in any African American community so far.

Why would Trump preach to the ghetto from a distant white suburb?

He has held rallies in several major urban areas. But the location was not my point. My point was, I can not remember the last time a Republican candidate has made a speech that specifically tried to address the plight of the inner city. I thought it was refreshing, and was glad to see it.

I did not see preaching, I was him trying to speak to a specific part of the African American community. Those who have to live in areas ravaged by failing schools and gang violence, those who feel stuck in a cycle of poverty. Now, you may not agree with how he plans to try to help these areas, but surely you are glad to see him lay out his plan to try to improve the lives of those stuck in the "ghetto".

Godwin'd in two, f'ing amazing how little substance today's liberals have to sink so low so quickly...

Anyway, does it really matter what Trump says? The media will have it skewed and wrong within seconds. The only people that care about the substance of a Trump speech are already smart enough not to vote Hillary. What's doubly amazing this cycle is that you have 100% liberal media negative blitz against Trump and absolutely no positive coverage for Hillary, which totally defeats the negativity of their blitz against Trump in the first place. All this on the back of the failed Obama regime which gets no coverage at all. In essence this may be the worst 16 year period in modern American history regardless of who wins in Nov...

Trump has certainly made a lot of blunders, but clearly showed that he does have the capacity to get the right message across in a convincing manner. Clinton on the other hand is a terrible speaker and has zero charisma, so she can't really get out there and turn things around in the same fashion.

Trump may actually end up pulling this thing off.

Yes. GOP ignores them, the DNC takes them for granted. Trump's clarion call for Blacks to come home. To come home to the party that purchased their freedom from Democrats in blood, is long long overdue.

Trump has his problems, but he sees the obvious. All the Handlers and the consultants would have had him chasing the Hispanic vote which is nearly meaningless in the Electoral College. The Black vote is where the Gold is. And these folks, these cities, need saving from the destruction of 50 to 100 years of monolithic rule by Democrats. And what destruction has resulted!

How can we, with a straight face, claim we can "help" Libya and Syria when we have inner cities raising generations is conditions worse than many war zones? Unbelievable and yet so clearly obvious. Finally!
    Indeed.
