I notice you didn't use the term competent to describe your party. Diversity is not a strength, it is actually the basis of nearly every massively catastrophic military conflict in human history (or at least it was the excuse that the elites used). You do not know what the cost of not having a majority culture is yet. America is sill in the process of losing hers.

It can be reasonably argued that tolerance or unity is a strength but diversity not so much. I can think of no better example than the failed state of California, the most diverse state in the union which also leads the nation in just about every measure of human misery. 1st in wealth inequality, 1st in poverty rate, 1st in homelessness, 34% of the nation's welfare recipients live in California, etc There is a reason that California has led the nation in white flight for a more than a decade now.

Interestingly enough, for all of their vaunted "diversity", California is one of most segregated states in the union and resegregation is ACCELERATING at a feverish pitch. Denying that people want to live amongst others that look like them and share their culture is to deny science and also to deny what any person can observe by looking at the world around them.
