Ignore it all you want. Russia doesnt believe in MAD, the US air force doesnt advocate MAD as the sole possible outcome in a nuclear exchange.

Its a belief held by bozos, especially today with stealth technologies etc.


Theres a lot of things called details that need to fall into place for MAD to be true, and that was way back when. I don't even think its official 'policy' anymore if you will.

I believe you have to have American citizenship to obtain an American passport. Ergo that makes him an American-unless, of course, you believe that none of the Mexicans, Chinese, Italians, Poles, Swedes, Russians, Koreans, Japanese etc, etc, etc who hold American passports are Americans either...
