    Because if the car is still running then the driver had already shown intent or ability to run into someone and can therefore back up and do it again.

    So you think this woman was a good mother? Where’s the father? Why was she where she was with 3 kids? You don’t find that irresponsible? So YES, people like this shouldn’t have children.

    Notice I didn’t mention race because it has NOTHING to do with it. But I’ll Leave this here. It applies to fathers or mothers.

    in the moment? it doesn't matter. after the fact you can investigate till your heart is content. don't use your car as a weapon to plow into people.

    Dude, if yer gonna get on someone's case for their grammar, be perfect yourself or be prepared to have your own ruthlessly corrected, I don't care if there's personal issues or not. I mean, I do this for a living - the last thing I need is to do it off the clock; that's why I go outta my way here to make grammar errors - just because if I make one at school, I have a jillion kids gleefully waiting to correct me, so I haveta be perfect. We don't need Grammar Nazis on a public forum. We already have posters who fill that niche here anyways, we don't need more!
