Yep, point is that any of these rights your so worried about will be addressed in court.

Just recently the Court said that law enforcement couldn't put trackers on vehicles so they seem to be keeping them in check.

Put those drones on the border with a few Hellfire rockets. After firing a few at the drug runners and illegal aliens, they may stay in Mexico!!!

depends on how they use them to be honest. i mean like people said we already have planes and helicopters that do surveillance on areas so whats wrong with a drone??? they could be very useful to fight crime as they can cover a large area and considering the cops cant react on time in most cases it could do a lot of good. i mean if someone calls in their house is being broke into, the drone could quickly look in on the situation and monitor whats going on and have a good chance of giving a description of the robbers and where they have taken off too.

as another said they could be used in missing persons instances, and high speed chases would (*)(*)(*)(*)ed near be a thing of the past as they could just monitor the crooks at large and when the jackasses stop the cops could then be notified of the location and go bust them without putting thousands of lives in danger that high speed chases do.

if they were in the air and didnt zero in on anything until it was called upon i wouldnt see the problem in it.

we paid for the (*)(*)(*)(*)ed (*)(*)(*)(*), id like to see it being used and not rotting away somewhere when a war aint going on.

lefties dont mind putting legal gun owners on blast, as well as letting criminals know which houses dont have registered weapons. so whats your problem with this???? besides, your boy Obama extended the Patriot act, something the left hated when Bush came into office because it was breaching our privacy but yet you are mum about Obama going along with it so whats the deal???

hell yeah, we could really come down on illegal immigration and protect our border and wouldnt have to put border patrol agents on the front lines.

I don’t anyone taken away my guns nor messing with my 2nd amendment rights. At the same time, I don’t want this fascist government taking away my 4th amendment rights either.

Bush started the Patriot act and Obama expanded it. Neither is right.

This drone nonsense is just the latest to cut into our 4th amenedment rights. When they are completely gone, dont come crying to me, after all, drones are a-ok by you.

Spying on the peoples land, listening in on phone calls, GPS tracking, taking up/banning guns, giving guns to the bad guys, killing citizens, NDAA proposing to lock people up indefinitely, companies being fined for not going against their values, thousands of criminals being released into the streets every day... Perhaps the 21st was around the beginning of the end.

im not gonna cry, i dont cry over this kind of stuff because im not paranoid nor am i even worried if some drone watches me for a few minutes outside the home. big deal as every now and again cops will follow me for blocks just to try to catch me slippin sometimes. whats the big deal, why are these drones such a threat to you? what can they do thats so much different than cops flying in air planes or helicopters or watching you from their vehicle????

You really don't know about drones. Not all drones are weaponized and you're trying to demonize a fairly efficient and cost-effective tool. I mean it's cheaper than using the manned helicopters that we already use and what most law enforcement agencies want to use would be strictly surveillance and would be no different from the already used manned aviation.

I heard on CNBC today that in 10 years, there will be 30K drones flying around the US. Do you really want that? Do you want big brother watching you all the time?

    Wake up people!

Who is to say they are going to remain unarmed? And with Obama setting a precedent with his "kill list" unmanned drones are not a good thing flying over our skies.

You do realize that for the past 5-years I've been flying a drone and the fear of unmanned aircraft is unfounded. They would still have to operate within certain perameters that the law and Constitution requires. Like I said, these are no different than having manned aviation assets in the air.

30k?! Talk about a airspace coordination nightmare. I think that number is greatly exaggerated.

Newsflash buddy, there are already unmanned aircraft systems flying in the US.
