Look for articles by fox on this subject. The most I found was one written article and one video. Can you find more?

No charges were pressed against him. Where did you get this expunged stuff from?

He is talking about the 2005 arrest of Zimmerman for battery of a police officer and resisting arrest. . .the charge were expunged. . .months later. .and NO ONE knows why. . .or is willing to tell why.

This is one of the element in this "investigation" that makes me wonder if Zimmerman has "special protection" from the police, maybe as an informant.

But. . .I admit, this is just a personal thought. . .no factual basis to it, at lest not at this time. But if I were an attorney for the family, I would look further into that to rule that out.

The kid was murdered pure and simple.

If Zimmerman were a black man, he'd been locked up from day one and we all know it.

"Instead of waiting for police, Zimmerman exited the car and shot Trayvon after a brief altercation. Trayvon, 17, had no previous criminal record, while Zimmerman recently had a 2005 felony arrest for assault on a police officer expunged by the courts."

You are in no position to make such a statement of fact, pure and simple.

Because they didn't charge him with anything and dropped the case. His record is clean.

That's an opinion, not a fact. And where did you hear the complete 911 tapes and where did you read the complete police report and the entire witnesses statements especially since they are still investigating?

MSNBC is headling it's lineup tonight with this story.
I don't know what happened, but the smear merchants at MSMNC
are busy.I think they feel they have something here.
I have just a few questions.
WAS The Black youth wandering around scoping out the neighborhood
    NOT merely walking directly home.???
Did the Black Youth in fact,go out of his way to walk up to the
SUV that Zimmerman was in and made the call from.???
    That would change everything.
That would mean that in fact the Black youth who DID NOT Live
in the Gated community was in fact instigating a confrontation.
That Black Youth was Visiting that Gated Community.
This is the new Tawana Brawley.
    Trust me ... I smell a rat.

Did the Black Youth walk up to Zimmerman's SUV.
Did the Black Youth LIVE in that Community or was he a guest.
There is no way to determine if the Black Youth was wandering around.
A blood sample should have been taken to in fact determine drug use.
I'm not excusing Zimmerman but I sure smell a rat.
What was all the yelling about.Obviously a confrontation endues.
Am I to believe what " Racial Arsonist " like Al Sharpton
are telling us.That the Youth was merely walking home.
It seems otherwise. The Youth was acting suspicious and wandering
around.I think it fairly easy to conclude what path the Youth was walking
wandering on and where the SUV was parked.
I think that Youth was out looking for trouble.Just like Al Sharpton
    is now.
I just found out the impetus for this.
New Gun Laws. The left is going to make the case against conceal/carry.

CNN is doing an extensive report on it, providing all the phone calls, in sequence as they came in.

Zimmerman was TOLD to stay in his car and not to approach the kid. He got out of his SUV and WENT after the kid. He was NEVER in danger from the kid. If he had sat in his car, even holding his gun. . ."just in case" the kid approach him, the kid would have gone on his way and made it home safely.

Every word Zimmerman said on that call were filled with racism and paranoia. . .even resentment for those "a. . .. [who] always get away].

I am talking of my experiences less than a year ago, when I was the same age as Martin, and still at school - and no teachers broke up that fight either. The guy I was fighting was only a matter of months older than me, but much bigger built. My point stands, that I suffered very similar injuries to that of Zimmerman, but could not have been described as having been beaten bloody (and I did not enjoy the 11 year, and 100 lb weight advantage that Zimmerman did). You used the term for dramatic effect, and fair enough for rhetorical purposes, but that is the extent of its legitimacy.

It was reported in several articles that he had blood on the back of his head, and on his nose. If it was not a 'cut', it must have been an abrasion which broke the skin - I think that may be taken as obvious.

You are correct that I find it difficult to believe that an armed, and heavily built, 28 year old man, would genuinely feel his life to be in danger, in a one-on-one engagement with an unarmed, and lightly built, 17 year old teen.

My attempts are to modify your overstatement of the danger in which Martin found himself. And for your information a scuffle is defined as 'A short, confused fight or struggle at close quarters'. From the reports; it was most certainly something which fitted that description.

We can continue this sort of niggling exchange ad infinitum, but I think we both must realise that we are viewing these events through the prisms of vastly differing social value systems, and substantially differing legal systems. From the British point of view, the actions of the local police were improper and partisan, and any statute which allows the use of lethal force upon unarmed persons who have not physically threatened one (or in this case, even committed any illegal act,) is unsound law. Such a law encourages abuse of the most serious and lethal sort.

I am attempting to address this incident without all the racial baggage which is apparent in much of your society, but can only give an honest appraisal informed by my own value systems. I believe that Zimmerman is an unstable character who is, in many ways, a victim of his own psychology. I do not believe that he intended murdering the teen, but I think he should be charged with murder in the second degree, or at least manslaughter, and the courts be allowed to adjudicate his innocence or guilt.

I happen to believe that you are an intelligent man who genuinely believes in the positions he is putting on these pages, and, as they do not appear to be logical by my values, I am curious to learn why this is so. I am not interested in 'winning' an argument (no one ever does).

Do you have any idea of what can happen when you shoot someone?

    Blood can fly everywhere.

There IS NO "lynch mob". The police letting a guy who just shot an unarmed teenager go free is simply unconscionable, and people are rightfully upset that a potential nutcase like Zimmerman is free to kill another "suspicious teenager in a hoodie on a rainy day", which DonGlock says is "associated with criminals".

For a charge to be dropped. . .a charge must exist! Duh!

And, the sources relate that there is no information of WHY the charge was dropped. . .

You are being disingenuous. Being charged with assault means he does not have a squeaky clean record. Even the police department admitted this.

You are so bent on trying to glorify Zimmerman you ignore what people in your camp are saying if you THINK it presents a better picture of a kid murdering freak.

You should listen to the 911 calls. No. Trayvon did not walk up to the suv in anyway.

He went on a snack run during half time of a ball game so he wasn't out just wandering around.

When he noticed Zimmerman was stalking him in his suv then saw him on the phone looking at right him, he turned around and ran. He literally RAN. Zimmerman the chased him and 4 minutes later he was dead.

You CANNOT have been arrested for felony assault and still have a squeaky clean record. It is impossible.

Trayvon was the with the squeaky clean record has he had never been charged with anything or EVER been in a violent altercation at school.

I'm not even wasting the time to dig up the link. You admit he was arrested and that proves his record is not clean. Once you are arrested for something you have a record even if you were never convicted.

That is why why you fill out an application for a CCW license it doesn't simply ask if you have ever been convicted. It asks if you are currently charged with something or if you have ever been charged.

OMG. Walk up to a car......get shot and killed. Is that how it works for you?

Guest in a community.....get shot and killed? Really??

    Wander around...death sentence.

Yes, why didn't they take a blood sample from Zimmerman?

And you base that on? And when I go for a walk later on will you say I'm wandering around suspiciously?

First he's wandering around suspiciously and now he's looking for trouble....with his candy and tea? How did you deduce he was looking for trouble? Was it how he forced Zimmerman to follow him and when he forced him to get out of his car and confront him with a 9mil?

Show us the evidence Zimmerman was on the ground and getting beaten. Show us the evidence he got beaten at all. For someone who claims to hate speculation you seem to indulge to fit your agenda.

The cops claiming they don't have probable cause is meaningless because it has already been proven they did not properly investigate, have tried to influence witnesses' testimonies, lied about the victim's father and lied about witnesses as well as not properly examining the available evidence. Their investigation is so shoddy it has to be investigated again.

I still can't believe you claimed all the facts show Trayvon was the aggressor. That had to be one of the most idiotic claims out of over 4 threads.

Have you noticed all of his "questions" are designed to incriminate Trayvon and glorify Zimmerman? It's sad when people are so ashamed of their agenda they have to find some way to try and disguise it.

Oh, and that had to be correct. Walking up to an suv warrants the death penalty. The only encouraging observation is even with the Zimmers using every tool of intellectually dishonest trick they still fail to justify the murder.

Don't be surprised when Zimmerman commits suicide. He knows he's going to prison be it a State or Federal one.

I hear an awful lot of screaming and yelling from a youth.
I think the kid was pulling something.I think that kid may have been a
plant. He was possibly coached by somone to act very suspicious and
that a Neighborhood Watch guy In an SUV is regularly used and he
also packs a gun.The Kid did act highlly suspicious and and tried to
instigate a confrontation with the Zimmerman guy.
The Kid probably acted like he had a gun with his ice tea bottle.
That way if Zimmerman fired, the Kid could be used to insist that
Zimmerman should never have been allowed to carry a weapon.
I think there was a gamble made that Zimmerman wouldn't actually fire
his gun or if her did he might have fired a warning shot.
    I could be way off.
Whenever you have a Kid screaming and Howling like that it's a sure
sign he's a troublemaker. It happens all the time on Schoolyards.
There would be no reason for Zimmerman to make up crap and call 911
if the kid was merely walking home as" Racial Arsonist " like Al Sharpton
    are now pleading.
