This is a nice illogical circle jerk you've got going here. Iraq's nuclear weapon capabilities were wiped out in a surgical strike and Syria is hit when Syria allows terrorists to bomb Israel from inside it's borders with impunity. Israel does not strike without provication. Iraq and Syria both first tried to exterminate Israel during the Six Day War in 1967. It didn't work out too well for both those agressors then.

Israel responds to Iran's military provecations and under ordinary circumstances, certainly doesn't attack because they feel like it.
Iran has announced many times before the world that they prefer to see a world without Israel and then begin secret operations to build a nuclear weapon.
