Don't get me wrong, if someone actually did this (how likely is it, however, when bipartisan committees are present at every polling station, and how would it help to stuff empty ballots into the boxes?), they should be held accountable.

The one that the video claims is in Pennsylvania has a time stamp of 18.9.2016. since there are 18 months in a year, we can safely assume that it is in European time format. So that makes the date Sept 9 2016.

Pennsylvania doesn't have early voting so you can only vote in person on election day. Even if they did, I'm doubting that early voting would start almost 2 MONTHS before the election which let's us safely assume that this isn't even in the US.

Since we can't tell the difference between Democrats and Republicans unless they are wearing Trump or Hillary shirts and don't know if they are sorting registration forms or ballots, We can only conclude that whoever made that video is COMPLETELY full of (*)(*)(*)(*).

You can choose the date format under settings/date time/format on virtually every camera system sold in the world.

 

Of course the only party who would resort to such tactics are the Dems. This type of (*)(*)(*)(*) is becoming more and more apparent as time moves on. A Lib these days spends quite a bit of time on defense mode!

 

Not only that but using the European format that would be Sept 18 2016 not Sept 9 if we are being picky

I could have mistaken a possible zero for an 8. However, it doesn't matter rather it's Sept 18 2016 or Sept 9; Pennsylvanians can only vote in-person on election day. PA does not have early voting yet.

I live on planet earth, unfortunately for you I also work on it as well. Ive worked with data for 30 years. That includes data systems that are programmed to accept one date format or multiple date formats. There are more reasons than I can list why US based companies and data collection systems like those used in camera surveillance intentionally choose a date format other than what your average person on the street thinks is correct. Its laughable to question a date format on any data collection unless you are the one managing the data. This may come as a shock to you but some people set up cameras and don't bother if you will be bothered by their date format. Some even leave it defaulted to factory settings.
If you want to know more about date formats I can discuss it at length especially as to how Microsoft products deal with date formats.
