I am not in favor of these laws. In an adjacent State a man was executed by police under a red flag law based on an anonymous tip. He was white so no one cares. For months the police have covered up and refused to release body camera footage.
Two things. The moderator never held Harris accountable for her inability to answer and not deflect. Even when asked for a specific answer. The moderator also asked broad question of Pence that required a specific answer, but never asked Harris a question like this. It was clear to watch the moderator try to stifle the recitation of the Biden/Harris record. It was like she was trying to use her moderation to protect Harris at times. Much like what Chris Wallace did for Biden. Face it. Kamala toe was crushed under the weight of her record. Her refusal to acknowledge that her website cites the green new deal as the "foundation" of her environmental policy. Her refusal to answer the question from Pence about stacking the court as a temper tantrum reaction to diluting the value of the supreme court, and undermining judicial equality. her refusal to own her reliance on China, her refusal to admit that she was caustic and vile during the Cavanaugh hearings, he refusal to believe in Tara Reed, etc. The list goes on and on. And her smug, snarky presence cannot overcome her amazing lack of grasp of the facts.
Perhaps you just don't like him recounting the facts, or truth about ms Harris or mr Biden. Rude doesn't begin to describe ms Harris' compilation of lies she uttered on that stage last night.
Not dodging anything. Biden, with O'Rourke's (hell yes I'm coming after them) help is not a friend of the 2A, and I've mentioned in the past, I'm a strong supporter of the 2a although I do take some quite moderate positions on the subject, so its not that I'm some kind of hardcore no compromise gun toting nut, IMO there is room for compromise within the GOP but I'm quite fearful of the Dem's approach and their long term agenda especially if they end up with the WH/House/Senate, ugh.

It would require legislation signed by the President. Could Democrats do it? In short, yes. Based on the fact check articles I've reviewed, they told the truth, lied or exaggerated approximately the same amount for each.
Their assessment doesn't jibe with what I saw last night, but I think we all can agree that it wasn't terribly bright of Ms. Harris to invoke the name of "Honest" Abe while she was lying through her teeth. I'll also say that I gave Joe Biden props for performing far better than I expected in his debate with the President. All I can say for Ms. Harris is that she did marginally better than when she got destroyed by Tulsi Gabbard. Everybody has their strengths and weaknesses and debating is clearly not one of Harris' strengths, which leads me to believe that she never really got tested before this year's Democratic debates.
I wish he had just said "do Americans elect Presidents for four year terms or just 3-1/2 ? I know Democrats have resisted the 2016 election for 3-1/2 years to date.....but that is another topic."

I've got to be Partisan now! Biden/Harris intend to pack the court! Supporting them endorses packing the court!! That means the SCOTUS is no longer a separate but equal branch of government!!! They would then compete with the Senate in legislation. Legislating law is up to the elected Senate. The Supreme Court was not meant to be political....it is supposed to be about honor. The lines now have been drawn. It is black and white. They have spoken about gun confiscation. Harris said she'd do it. After all, if elected, she will be President. If this insults your go along to get along integrity.....so be it. I do believe "packing the court" might result in watering the tree of liberty with the blood of Patriots.
I'm not sure why you are worried about gun confiscation. Obama already had them all confiscated, remember? There has not been an election in my voting life, since 1984, that wasn't going to end in complete disaster if the other team wins. Yawn. I've seen this movie WAY too many times to fall for it again.
