I don't know. There's probably not enough information to conclude anything yet. My first consideration was that it might be racially motivated until I learned that it was close to his own home. Which could mean that it was a crime of opportunity rather than racism. To me, terrorism is an attempt to affect political change. This doesn't seem to be that.

I don't know. Some people claim to hear voices after they kill people. This guy complained to the police that people were barking like dogs outside his house and that Taylor Swift was stalking him months and years before.
