I think perhaps Andrew Johnson could be considered the worst president in history. The current one, however, is giving him a run for his money. Trump is complicated case. In terms of policy and actions, he was one of the best presidents. In terms of personality and personal behavior he was probably the worst. It gets down to priorities. I would take an effective Trump over an incompetent nice guy every time. Others, obviously, feel differently.
