Your Secretary of Housing and Urban Development folks. As if we needed further proof that Trump's administration, which is riddled with holes, is the least qualified , and has the highest turnover rate of any modern US President, is a veritable **** show.

The only requirement for joining and remaining part of trump's administration is an unyielding willingness to praise and defend that whiny, little bitch of a snowflake named donald trump.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Real_estate_owned

The term originates from the term other real estate owned (OREO), which is used on financial statements to classify real estate property owned by a financial institution but which is not directly related to its business. These financial institutions are often the lender. Lenders are primarily in the business of making loans with the intent that nearly all of those loans will be repaid in full with interest. Seizing, managing and reselling real property collateral to recover unpaid loan balances is secondary to lenders' primary line of business. Property management companies, for whom real estate management is their primary business, use the term OREO.

In balance sheet terms, OREO assets are considered non-earning assets for purposes of regulatory accounting.[2][3] In the context of national banks in the U.S., the term OREO is legally defined by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency in regulations promulgated pursuant to 12 U.S.C. § 29, specifically in 12 C.F.R. 34 and 12 C.F.R. 160.30.[4]

5 seconds of research on my part.

5 seconds was to much for a Dem Porter or any Leftist rag....

You should all be shamed for being so desperate to rag on a Conservative who happens to be Black.

Maybe you're smarter than a brain surgeon, but I doubt it.

Getting back to that hearing, do you think illegals should take housing places that American citizens are on waiting lists for?

I take no stance on this story, except I forgot how SLEEPY and UNCONNECTED Ben Carson sounds at all times... I know he's a doctor and all, but I'd swear he was on heavy muscle relaxants, since that's the way my wife talked when she was on hers for back pain last year..

If he had been elected President, I think he would have nodded off during his tweets about..... whatever President Carson would be tweeting about... sleeping?

Stupid Democrats trying to make a brain surgeon look dumb. Why not just spell it out instead of abbreviation?

You proved that YOU were able to find out that OREO might have some meaning, not that Carson knew what REO meant, because he didn't...

I'm trying NOT to pile on a guy who was Peter Principled into a job he's not qualified for...

****ing read for once.. Porter in her desperation to attack him showed her own ignorance and the media trying to pile on her attacks are just as ignorant.

Do I need to spell out SSN? IRS? NASA? ERA? (baseball-wise)

If he didn't know what REO means (and I certainly didn't), just say so instead of guessing what the O stands for...

She didn't ask what an OREO was... she asked what an REO was.... and he didn't know... that's the bottom line of that video...

Maybe if i shorten it and put it in a different font you will have the attention span to read and understand it.

Smart? I doubt it. Here you have a doctor who is against abortion yet on live TV declared he had no qualm with indiscriminate carpet bombings that would kill....*gasp*....children! Then go on with some twisted stupid logic about brain surgery on children. Kind of funky how Trump doesn't think he's fit to be the Surgeon General but fit for HUD. It's a "WTF" appointment.

Of course... But if I didn't, I'd feel better admitting it than guessing as to what it meant in front of Congress..

Why isn't a Dr. suitable to be a Surgeon General but suitable for HUD?

So you want to run away from the topic ( fake outrage) and play the random question thread?
