    I don't know, because Manafort renegaded on his agreement. It's one of the loose ends of the investigation. However, they wouldn't need to "target" Americans. Trump's campaign team is sufficient alone for that. No need for Russia's assistance. Part of the deal was that Manafort 'offered' to join the campaign for free. Nothing is free.

    The reality is that Manafort duped Trump and used Trump to profit just like he did everything else.

    No, but she created an agency relationship by hiring a company that did. That means they did it on her behalf. Close enough ties for a court room.
