    So Barrs biased because of who he works for (thats pretty legitimate argument i suppose) but Horowitz isn't ? Seems like an inconsistent theory

    What findings?
    Findings are objective. Intent is subjective.

    The report has plenty of objective facts that you ignore while focusing on one man's subjective opinion, having never interviewed Jim Comey, Andrew McCabe, Peter Stzrok, Lisa Page, Brennan, Clapper, to name a few

    That report is devastating for the FBI. Turns out, they're not biased, they're just massively incompetent.

    The point eludes you: a person can be biased and still do their job right. You get that, I assume. Therefore, proof of bias is not proof of unprofessionalism.

    your not understanding what I'm saying, i get your theory that because Barr works for Trump his opinion may be biased but your not extending that theory to Horowitz. Horowitz works for the FBI right so what does your above theory about Barr tell you about Horowitz?
