Biden made remarks or promoted a campaign advertisement that strongly suggested Rittenhouse was a white supremacist, or at least, closely associated with white supremacists and/or militia groups."
The way that is interpreted in basic English is that the emphasis is on white supremacist and not milita group. Notice they indicated "and or militia group" was referred to as "at least". The lesser of the interpretations is militia group.

    That is pretty basic.

No, the way its interpreted in English is that Biden alluded to white supremacists, but its not definitive enough to conclude, but at the very least Biden made references to militia groups because they noted "or at least" after their white supremacy comment. Or means it can be one or the other as in an alternative.

Snopes indicated that white supremacist was the primary interpretation. You can swing and twist in the wind all you want, but it is clear to anyone that really takes the time to read it, that is what they intended.

They would have said "and" instead of "or." Does "and" "or" mean the same thing?

"On two occasions, Biden made remarks or promoted a campaign advertisement that strongly suggested Rittenhouse was a white supremacist," I believe that is pretty clear.

Why did you leave out the part where they said "or at least, closely associated with white supremacists and/or militia groups."

You mean the part where he said "or at least".

But it really does not make a lot of difference because he probably didn't write what he read or understand what he said.

Because it would have proved you were correct. Can't have that, can we?
