https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/...-to-cease-and-desist-border-wall-construction Do I get it right? Private American citizens in addition to paying taxes to the government to protect the border, are building a border wall for the money from their own pockets? And in the end, the government stops them from doing what it should be doing itself? What sense does it make? When we look at the United States we hope to find something to learn from it, not to laugh at it.
Is this the first time you've read about government bureaucracy? The permits process? I'm sure this will be spun as something that is 'anti-trump', but the reality is that its just 'business as usual'.
The article cites the mayor as saying that officials were barred from visiting the construction site and never gave permission to build, but Kolfage who started all this project says that inspection has been at the site and has given the green light to build and he also provides a photo as proof. For now it is he says she says, but I believe that in the future we will know who says the truth and who doesn't.
Well, since the only legally binding proof of that 'green light' would be a written permit - which he apparently can't or won't produce - I'd say it's pretty clear who is full of shiite here.
I guess it might be not just one document but a big pack of them. Anyway, just think about it! Private citizens are pulling money from their own pockets and building a wall to stop cartels from moving drugs and people through the border. And the mayor of the town instead of being thankful starts to freak out.
Because God forbid we should expect those private citizens to actually follow the feckin' law, amirite? Cult45ers - so full of 'thee but not me.' Not to mention full of shiite... PS: No permits? So the wall is ... ... undocumented?
Everything is ok, boys and girls. No need to worry. The wall is documented and the construction continues. With the cease and desist lifted, privately funded border wall will be completed soon
