Show me da money!!! If you look at the receipt, it's all wrinkled up like it was thrown in the trash. What business does that with the original hand written signature copy?

You're comparing this potentially fake case of racism to BLM... and just days after a mentally challenged white kid was physically and racially abused by four black kids? Are you desperate, or what are you going for here?

 

What's wrong with this receipt? It's a closed transaction with a zero 0 balance due, for one. A restaurant authorizes only the food balance prior to presenting the receipt for tip and signature to the customer. At this step, just above the tip and total block, would be "Subtotal", below the tip, total and signature line would be nothing. The receipt is a reprint of a closed transaction imo.

Pull out a few of your visa receipts from restaurants or pizza delivery.

I just came up with a great new business plan. I'm going to hire myself out as a racist customer. I'll make racist comments to waitresses and throw food at them. Then they'll put the video on Facebook and start a gofundme page and we'll split the donations.

 

A racist would have moved to a table served by his/her favored ethnicity.

I dunno, I keep looking at the signature and then the note at the bottom and unless this person is some kind of schizophrenic signature writer, there's one heck of a difference between the sig and the note in terms of writing styles.

I would also not pay with my credit card if I was going to write a note like that. That would open them up to all kinds of abuse from the media, not to mention the abuse from anybody at the restaurant that has access to his credit card number.

The transaction has been totaled and closed. It has a printed "total" and a zero balance due. A charge slip presented for your tip addition and signature wouldn't have the total amount, that would be left for you the customer to fill in.

So the idea that after the customers of that actual receipt paid and left, the someone (waitress or other) wrote that on their is not possible to you? I'm sure the waitress was ticked off that they didn't tip her.

Have you ever eaten a restaurant and paid by credit card because you seem really confused. When a receipt is totaled out at the register, it usually goes into the register, it doesn't even go back to the customer, so that even MORE so disproves this bogus story.

Right a bogus story! What I'm saying is is that the original merchant copy is in the drawer, the waitress / cashier "reprinted" the closed transaction and wrote on it. This makes the Manager culpable and a lier, he knows she reprinted the receipt.

He'll go back to where I first posted the image of the racist receipt, top left it says "reprint #1"
