Unfortunately, financial is about all we can enforce. Do tell what successful arguments have been used in your courts. I'm not denying that a man can go to court to fight that, but he certainly needs more than, "I'm aborting my financial responsibilities."
My sister’s ex husband fought paying spousal and child support, and he won. My sisters friend also won no financial or child support. Her ex won shared parenting and it included a stipulation making it impossible for her to move out of state, which deeply upset her because she wasn’t from here and wanted to move back to where she was from. A lot of men in my state can fight to have child support payments lowered or ended. Shared parenting is one way to argue against paying child support, but then enforcing actual shared responsibility and 50/50 financial resources going to the kid is hard to enforce. I have seen the father paying child support but always having the kid, or not paying child support and always having the kids. If a woman wants to try to use the system to bilk money of of a man through the family court system, I don’t think it’s as easy a people think. A middle class or wealthy man can hire lawyers. A poor broke man can skirt the system by having no income.
That makes sense. If not a legal obligation to help support the kids, it should come down to a moral one, though. I've never agreed with the paying of spousal support, you divorce someone, it should end there, you shouldn't have to continue paying the person you're no longer with.
LOL! Nazis and their final dispensation is off topic for this thread. Glad I could clear that up for ya.
Just because you think you were relating to the topic doesn't mean you did or remained on track. Checkmate.
It was too late for you the moment you put words into my "mouth", rendering your checkmate incorrect. You lost the moment you claimed someone else surrendered when they didn't. At this point, I have real life to deal with and a father with Alzheimer's, so I am invoking the 2 line of my sig.
Very good. However, the eliminating of "undesirables" was not necessarily to be done through the process of abortion.
