The biggest threat to the Homeland is foreign terrorists from groups like Al-Qaeda. They have proven they not only want to kill Americans on American soil, they have done it. ISIS is a non-threat so far, and the rest is all talk.

 

The choices you give in your poll show your utter ignorance and bias. African-Americans aren't the ones being infected with Ebola. The two doctors who came from Africa with the disease were White. Unless African-Americans travel to Africa I don't think they need to worry about Ebola. Your other choices were dumb also.

I think the worst terror threat is home grown jihadis. Think the DC sniper, the Boston bombers, and the first Fort Hood shooter, as well as the recent jihadi serial killer.

Violence among African-Americans (all Americans) is lower than it has been since the early 1960s. Illegal immigration is less now than it was pre-recession. African-Americans almost never go to Africa. IMHO, our medical system can handle Ebola. I'm afraid though, that much of Africa is going to be wiped out.

We have bought into politics and the propaganda for over a century, now we've ended up in this situation. If we stop our endless struggle, the largest threat to US homeland security will disappear. Our endless struggle lead has led to more threats, from Vietnam to 9/11.

 

The greatest threat to US homeland security is the current administration and associated political machine in Washington DC.
And I am talking about the President and nearly every single member of the US Congress, from BOTH political parties.

Without these useless, feckless, corrupt, self-indulgent, tax-and-spend crooks, there WOULD be no:

* Open, porous southern border

* Crippling $17 TRILLION in debt

* Attitudes of open disdain and contempt toward the United States by the members of Al Qaeda and ISIS
and
* Complete lack of faith in the United States on the part of our once-closest allies.

Instead of strength, leadership, and steady governance,
this government gives us
bureaucracy, weakness, indecision, partisan bickering, political compromise, and an ongoing willingness to spend the nation deeper and deeper into crippling debt.

Washington DC has become the beast that must be fed instead of a government that lives up to their responsibilities.
It is now a matter for the individual States, and indeed, individual citizens to look out for their own best interests when it comes to security and defense.
Because our federal government has completely lost their way.
And they no longer function in a manner that keeps the nation safe and secure.
