Well, I thought about scrambled egg Cantonese style, didn't look the part, but tasty -

5 eggs, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1 tsp of cornflour mixed in 1 tbsp water, 1/2 tsp Shaoxing wine, 1 tsp Sesame oil, 1/8 tsp white pepper, 1/8 tsp chicken Bouillon powder, lard to fry

I had some Cumberland sausage left so I sliced it up, fried it off, added it to the scrambled egg mix, and fried it Cantonese style (continually lifting the cooked part onto the uncooked egg)

Her in doors didn't want any, so I ate the lot !

For a first experiment, damn nice, and I forgot to put the Bouillon in !!

Will have to devise another for next Sunday's Breakfast
