Not gonna lie - my shepherd's pie is pretty epic. As an added bonus, I remembered to leave a potholder on the handle after it was out of the oven, so I didn't brand myself like David Carradine in the opening sequence of Kung Fu like I did the last time. Bill Engvall was able to give the sign to someone else last night.

Nice!! Sad to say we had hamburger helper tonight...and shriveled peas. Tomorrow will be frozen pizza...as my work hours prevent decent supper time. But planning on a nice roast pork for Tuesday!

Looks delicious! Shepherd’s pie is one of my favorites.
Dinner was a smorgasbord of appetizers of the usual football fare. Good food , bad game.

Dinner tonight was a shared plate with a friend - doro tibs and shiro wot with mushrooms eaten with some beautiful teff injera. Best thing I'll eat all week. :)
