Let me help you. Those claiming asylum must have their case heard by law. The last I heard that can take 3 years. So we need to change the laws not break the laws.

 

Weirdly we turned back asylees under Title 42. And 8 U.S. Code § 1182 (f) still applies so...that's false.

They know that just saying they’re seeking asylum is all it takes because we’re WEAK!! Free entry. Food stamps then disappear waiting for amnesty like ALL of them are doing. There is no LEGIT claim from ANYONE. ONLY if Mexico was at war could anyone have a claim, but then we sure as **** would have to close the border in that case or be totally ficked.
