If you could remove 99% of the violent crime out of your population by removing 1% of the total populous... would it be acceptable to remove them?

 

Not that long ago, and we are seeing the results of that today. If the problem isn't with conservatism, explain why blacks used to vote Republican until the conservatives took over? And also explain why the south, always the most conservative part of this country, used to be owned by the Democrats up until the civil rights act was passed?

Considering that many Hispanics are white themselves, I'm not sure that's the case. But regardless, things change dude. Once upon a time the Native Americans were the majority. Then Europeans were/are. That may change in the future. And then it probably will change after that.
