As a conclusion, I would say that "West" needs weak Russia(Russia also is a treasury of natural resources like oil, gas, metals, etc.) and Putin is a strong leader. But I disagree! Don't you see republic of Kosovo is the smart place? There many educated and tolerant people with good manners. Some of them even know something about Leonardo da Vinci. But the most important thing - there is a democracy and respect of human rights everywhere. I think Serbs which have left Kosovo will agree with me.
