What is a warning? A warning to receive what punishment? A warning to receive what? What is a warning? A death warning? A depletion of funds 'warning.' A warning to make your living life miserable, 'warning'? What is a warning? Especially when it is given by strangers.

Don't terrorists give 'warnings' before they terrorize?

or are the terrorists that 'warn' the nice ones?

there is a State law here that says that if someone breaks into your home, you are to do everything in your possible ability to make sure he leaves unharmed. If he demands monies, it is your responsibility to give him your monies. If he demands your silverware, it is your responsibility to hand him your silverwares. If you react with force of any kind and he gets hurt while he is invading your home, you can be held liable for not using 'wise judgment' in sending him away peacefully. My question is, what if he wants to sodomize you in your own home?

so what would 'warn' mean if he broke in and said, "I am warning you?"

how is anyone supposed to take it when a stranger warns another stranger... Warn... Where and When can someone 'warn' another person about rules and regulations that must be kept. The Rule of the breaking and entering or home invasion is a real State upheld law here.

what is this 'warning' that if you use whatever decision you decide upon on the person who decided to break into YOUR house, that your decision will be held in less esteem than their decision??

    what is this 'warning?'

I have never heard that about home invasions and don't believe it. Shoot to kill, ask questions later. I don't think what you're talking about is the law. More like ways to survive a home invasion if you don't have a gun.
