there is a State law here that says that if someone breaks into your home, you are to do everything in your possible ability to make sure he leaves unharmed. If he demands monies, it is your responsibility to give him your monies. If he demands your silverware, it is your responsibility to hand him your silverwares. If you react with force of any kind and he gets hurt while he is invading your home, you can be held liable for not using 'wise judgment' in sending him away peacefully. My question is, what if he wants to sodomize you in your own home? - - - Updated - - - so what would 'warn' mean if he broke in and said, "I am warning you?" - - - Updated - - - how is anyone supposed to take it when a stranger warns another stranger... I have never heard that about home invasions and don't believe it. Shoot to kill, ask questions later. I don't think what you're talking about is the law. More like ways to survive a home invasion if you don't have a gun.
