When will marijuana be made illegal across the U.S. again?

IMHO, Marijuana (mis)use would be banned again if it turns out that most people can't handle that stuff.
Surely, some can't stand it and go crazy.

But for most people, marijuana is like beer. If you don't overdo, the enjoyment is quite pleasant.
