White House calls Tennessee vote to oust Democratic lawmakers 'shocking' and 'undemocratic'

Of course, they do! Never let an opportunity go to waste so that the WH can label the Republicans behavior shocking and undemocratic. We all know their routine by now. Only the bad Republicans would 'knowingly and intentionally bring disorder and dishonor to the House of Representatives through their individual and collective actions.' Donkeys beating the same old horse again and hoping it sticks. :democrat: :deadhorse:

Well, if they kick out democratically elected representatives over a policy view, then its clearly undemocratic. Does the ruling party appoint the new reps?

So now you want to expel duly elected officials for participating in legal demonstrations ?

I never said they cant expel, but you support Donald Trump paying hush money to a porn star, but somehow a legal, nonviolent protest should allow your side to kick them out so they can replace them with people handpicked by the opposing party ? You think THAT is democratic ?

If you really believe that then Im sure you support any Senator of congress person who was there on J6 to be expelled and replaced by handpicked replacements from the democrats right ?

Hopefully the new breed of Democrats will take this under advisement and start voting out elected Republicans in states where they have majority control? After all that's the "democratic" process according to some on here so turnabout should be fair play?

Come on Democrats, take some initiative. Don't take 20 years to figure it all out like you usually do.

I agree that the right is paying a very different game. A very dangerous game that I think is going to seriously hurt them in the midterms, and in the next presidential election.

The party of personal rights and personal responsibility is sure legislating in the living room right now

You think they were expelled over a policy dispute? Is that what your news sources told you?

The majority kicking out democratically elected officials over an opinion is obviously undemocratic, and BS of the highest degree. How can you not see that?

Can the Dems, who rule the Senate, simply kick out all democratically elected Republicans? Can Republicans kick out all Dems in the House?

How can anyone be ok with this? LOL

    BUT........DEMOCRATS.........BIDEN........HUNTER......

Sorry, Was it over an agreement? LOL. Now we can't have THAT. It'll tear a hole in the universe.

And no, not even the TN GOP is calling the protest an "insurrection", I guess they don't want to make total fools out of themselves. See, these reps were actually elected to work in that building.

Oh so they smashed windows, beat up cops, defecated in the Statehouse and tried to have their opponents thrown out of office?

Awww, dude. You're just mad because Republicans are doing it to Democrats. You would cheer if Democrats did it to Republicans.

They introduced this on Tuesday, eh? Same day as Trump’s indictment. Could this be a response to the political war Bragg started?,
