That is an opinion piece. There's hardly any sources, statistics, or analysis.

This is a long one. I read about half of it and didn't see anything in particular that inclined that police are racist. Although I will say that I saw some bias in the article when they call militia members far right wing. They aren't. In fact, most major militias do their best to stay away from racism and anti government idealogy. However, if you think that the article does provide evidence that cops are racist, then quote the best paragraph or two from the article that illustrates your point.

Nobody is arguing that police in the past have been racist. However, the article, as far as I read, only mentioned two specific modern cases that they claimed was racist. One was the DuBose shooting which he drove off and a car is a lethal weapon. This wasn't about race. The second was a DC officer wearing a white power shirt and as far as I could tell, he was fired and under investigation. This certainly doesn't prove that all white cops are racist.

It's the internet, people will say all sorts of things if they think people will like them for it. I'd take the poster's words with a grain of salt.

 

I'm more than willing to admit that I'm wrong. I just need to be procen wrong. First off, I never claimed anything initially. I asked you to provide evidence for your claim.

 

And I said I wouldn't waste my time on something so basic. Look it up.

The first video clearly shows Mr. Massey antagonizing the uniform security officer by repeatedly asking officer "Earl" to say "hi" and "hello" for Mr. Massey's camera. :JERK:

In one chopped video I noticed Mr. Massey comfortably relaxing in the lobby with his footwear resting on a couch other folks will be sitting on.

Is it possible Mr. Massey, who states he was on the phone dealing with a family emergency, was speaking too loud during the call, or using language that is not acceptable in most public places.

Frankly, I'd like to learn the whole story before making judgment.

However, hotel security asking a person for their name and room number is NOT harassment.

That is s gross mistatement. Less than 2,000 per 100,000 might be more than the rate for other races but it is about 2 percent. That means that 98 percent of black people are not implicated. That hardly justifies your rampant suspicion and doesn't support your inaccurate statement or bias.

 

And who is killing those 19.47 per 100,000?
