Goldman Sachs would bankroll the Pope if they thought they could make money out of it. Maybe they do.
No, I would stay out of the internal affairs of a sovereign state unless the security of the United States was at risk. By the way, I served in Iraq 04-05. I have lost several of my friends there and after. I opposed going to Iraq, and I am glad to see it coming to an end. I supported going after Al Qaeda after 9/11, but do not support nation building in Afghanistan.
I voted for Rand Paul but would Never Vote for his Pop. I want a strong, vibrant, active Military complex.Ron Paul casually dismisses that idea.THE One Idea that made this Country what it is. A Superpower. From my vantage point what in the world is Old Man Paul thinking.Sure,The Military Industrial complex can be corrupted. But w/o it,this Country is a sitting duck. Plus Old Man Paul makes light of things like the Federal Reserve which has proved to be a great balancing act for Our Market and ability to control the* Money Supply. It's too easy to be Professorial like Paul and just deem a Constitutional authority the end all of problem solving.I mean, let's bee real, the Founders couldn't anticipate Slave Owning as cause for a Civil War. * The Fed is not directly responsible for the issuance of Printing money ... The Treasury has that direct responsibility. If the Federal Reserve becomes corrupted and takes over in place of the Treasury that is a Political problem.A President has a right and duty to step in.
Again you say this, and again you are incorrect. more: http://www.ronpaul2012.com/the-issues/national-defense/
The Chinese also want a "strong vibrant military complex". Yet you grizzle about that whenever they build a new boat.
I see you completely missed the point. As I said before, you do not make a serious argument. good night Awryly.
Hold your horses all of you "I'll be voting for Ron Paul" comedians... we don't even know if you will be allowed to vote for him, it will most likely end like last time
In the primary election. Also, I will write his name in if I have to. I will never again vote for these big government types.
He alao wants to end the "war" on terror, drug, and poverty, and give pardons to non-violent pot offenders, and end federal prohibition. The main reason I like it though, is unlike most republicans, he does not have his mouth thoroughly around the **** of big business. He is for outlawing all bailouts and givng all the tax breaks to small businesses. I even heard him say he would support outlawing non-human entities, such as unions and businesses from donating to political campaigns.
Mitt Romney is an eastern progressive who will say anything he has to to get elected. Meanwhile, you now have Newt Gingrich who is a big government Republican with a lot of ideas on how to make the big government a right wing government. Neither canidate is a reform canidate and both are status quo party brokers. Between the two, you have Mr. Flip (Romney) and Mr. Flop (Newty) and that is 0 choice for the middle class. Doctor Paul has no chance of getting the nomination or winning but I would make him head of the treasury Department in my administration.
Oh so you did notice the thread topic? Try following it... The OP is asking who is voting for Paul. This isnt a trash Ron Paul thread. There are plenty of those. Stay on topic for once.
Not voting for someone because they are a career politician is moronic. Paul had a career as a physician and was in the military before coming to office. Check his record since he got there. Not every person who enters politics is a corrupt stooge.
