    How about make a deal with Mexico and offer to keep them at some sort of low cost budget resort in Mexico?

    Would certainly be a lot cheaper than what it's costing now.

    Maybe the US could pay for a military-style barracks to be built out in the middle of a barren part of Mexico where nobody lives, and the Mexican government could be paid to run it. Things are a lot cheaper in Mexico.
