My bad, you are almost right. I was thinking of another verse. I apologize.
This is addressed to Pharoah through Moses, but it takes place before God hardens Pharoah's heart, which happens in Exodus 10 and 11.

And God told Moses when he was with his father-in-law that He was going to harden Pharaoh's heart(mind) so that he will not let the Israelites go.

    Exodus 4:21 (ASV)
21 And Jehovah said unto Moses, When thou goest back into Egypt, see that thou do before Pharaoh all the wonders which I have put in thy hand: but I will harden his heart and he will not let the people go.

    Precisely my point.
This was a premeditated assault on Pharoah's heart, and it wouldn't matter how Pharoah reacted to the plagues and entreaties. God had pre-rigged the deck. The verse you quoted before shows that God planned to lift up Pharoah simply to strike him down, to use him for His own self-aggrandizement.

That is what one would think when they have no idea what God is doing and has no faith in Him......you see only what is right in front of you but God sees way beyond the horizon.

"Pro 19:21 [There are] many devices in a man's heart; nevertheless the counsel of the LORD, that shall stand. " KJV

So you see, regardless of what Moses planned or what Pharoah planned, it was Gods will that was going to be fulfilled. So, if the non-believers want to say that God is a premeditated murderer or any other descriptive word, that is fine. In order for that sort of belief to be true, then there also has to be the admission of Gods existence.

God cannot commit murder because murder suggest that one does not have the right to take a life to which that life is innocent, but God has the right to take whomever life He wants because He has the power to give life....a creator has a right over what he creates to do with it as he will.

So you don't have a way of justifying this without God whispering to you privately in the dark.
    Ok.

As always, we are talking about what scripture says is true about God. No admission, though personally I don't reject the possibility either. We are simply discussing what a bible believer is necessarily accepting. You provide no rebuttal to that.

I created my daughter. Can I kill her?

Why should I offer a rebuttal?

Agreed.. This is Gods sandbox, and we have to play by His rules else get kicked out (one way or another). The passage of scripture Pro 19:21 is just a reminder that God does have the authority that your speak about. Even in our egocentric mind (how great man is attitude) we sometimes think or even believe that our plans are enough to overpower the will of God. Jonah thought the same way, and God proved that He was mightier than Jonah.

Even in the Exodus, there is no mention of "murder", there is simply the prediction of a vast number of sudden deaths., and the cause of death is not mentioned. "And all the firstborn in the land of Egypt shall die, from the firstborn of Pharaoh that sitteth upon his throne, even unto the firstborn of the maidservant that [is] behind the mill; and all the firstborn of beasts. " Nothing has been done other than people wanting to interpret the scripture as though a murder had taken place. Notice how that scripture does not even use the word 'kill'.

What I see involved in this discussion, is some folks who have desired to blame God for something that is not apparent in the language of the scripture.

The premise is asinine, so do the math.

I would not recommend that....you would be hauled off to jail. But could you bring her back from the dead if you did? And you did not creat her.

Then why even comment about the absence of a rebuttal? Under normal circumstances, when a person does not make a rebuttal to a conditional statement, then there is presumed an acquiescence to the subject matter. In other words, my lack of rebuttal was the equivalent of a silent agreement. Now don't you look really silly by making an issue of the non-rebuttal..... of course you do.

I agree with you. The premise is asinine.
Creating something doesn't give the excuse to execute it.
    We agree.

Who did "creat" her? Should I have a paternity test done?
    LOL!

So you agree that your previous statement about my post indicating a presumptive belief in God was just more semantic nits to pic.
Well, that IS progress. Well done.

Actually it does. What is asinine, of course, is your claim of having created your daughter.

More misrepresentations on your part... should I have expected anything different? No!

"As always, we are talking about what scripture says is true about God. No admission, though personally I don't reject the possibility either. We are simply discussing what a bible believer is necessarily accepting. You provide no rebuttal to that."

In the quote of your previous statement there is no mention of the things you mention above. Lies, lies, and more lies... that is all that can be expected from you.

You know very well I was referring to the post before that and your response to it. Fear and avoidance, as usual.

So I can only kill my daughter with her mother's consent?
Who do you think created her?

Here's your post in question, in case you want to try to divert to another to avoid the issue.
I am always relating to what scripture says is true, not what I do, which I have posted repeatedly, and you repeatedly post as if this has never been established. That is fear and avoidance, and typical.

For the sake of the peanut gallery, it is appropriate to note here that some questions are too idiotic to dignify with an answer.

Or that they make a mockery of arguments such as the Creator has a right to destroy His creation for any or no reason at all.
Keep it simple, silly. You don't have an answer.
